Yesterday was my youngest’s second birthday party. We had something small with just family and close friends. Dan fixed his ‘world famous’ lasagna and, in honor of our family’s football dedication, Eli even had a Patroits birthday cake! Of course, he couldn’t wait to get cleaned up so that he could open his birthday presents!
He got so many awesome gifts; everything from his first backpack to a dragon hat to his first New England Patriots track suit (TOO cute!).
One of his favorite gifts, though, was a new addition to his B Toys collection. Eli has always loved playing with B Toys. Since he was old enough to point and cry he’s asked for them in the store. We already have the Parum Pum Pum drum set and the Meowsic keyboard. One of his most recent additions to his set is the Whacky Ball.
Anyone who’s had a two year old – especially a boy – knows that they LOVE to hit stuff! Unfortunately, that isn’t usually a good idea. Eli would hit the television, the furniture, the toys that you shouldn’t hit and yes, even us. I was so glad to find a toy that he could not only bang on all day and as hard as he wants (because that’s the whole point!), but also that it is part of the B Toys collection of quality activities for kids. Wheeee-ls are a set of 4 awesome hard rubber cars that you pull back and then let ‘em go! They are large enough that they won’t get lost in the toy box, but small enough for toddler hands to grab onto and zoooom around the floor. Each car also makes it’s own unique sound: the car rings, the truck chimes, the racer rattles and the taxi squeaks. You don’t need batteries to make these guys go for hours and hours AND they’re soft on your feet during those night time obstacles courses!
Our B Toys collections keeps growing and growing and, if the new designs coming out are any indication, it’s not going to stop any time soon. We are definitely a B Toys family
