My Experience: This is definitely Little Man’s favorite of the prize pack. He loves opening the doors, pushing the fire truck, pretending Caillou is sleeping in his house, etc. All of the peices easily snap in and out of place so there’s not worry that something might be broken from rough play.

My Experience: My toddler is a bit frightened of ‘big Caillou’. He’s starting to warm up to him, but it’s not due to anything about the doll itself. He’s just odd about certain toys that are lifelike in size, sound etc. I think the doll is adorable. It’s very soft, durable and gender neutral – which is great. My only issue is with his hat. It doesn’t stay on very well because of Caillou’s bald head. So, if you have a child who’s slightly intense about having things stay put – you might want to hide the hat somewhere else

 

 

Learning Train: $39.99

My Experience: There is one amazing aspect of this toy that I absolutely love: NO BATTERIES! Just use the turn-key on the side to wind it up and away it goes; making sounds and movements the whole way. Little Man especially likes the squeeky smoke cloud. He has no trouble taking it apart and putting it back together again without help. That is a BIG plus for me because it ensures enjoyable play time even if I’m not in the room to assist.
